Cinderella-A Rags to Riches Quilt-TUTORIAL

Today I am featuring a quilting tutorial from Des at QuiltTaffy.  I love the title of this quilt, so fun: Cinderella- A Rags to Riches Quilt.  Below are a couple photos from the tutorial, it's a great pattern for all skill levels but especially for beginners.

I Love the fact that she used so many different vintage sheets, good stash buster.
Here is a link to the pattern/tutorial in PDF, it takes a bit to load so be patient.

I just created a Flickr group for the Vintage Sheet Blog.  Would love to see any of the items you have made from the tutorials I feature here or any of your own creations made from vintage sheets.

This is such a great idea for a blog! I have several vintage sheets and could always use a good idea for using them! Thank-you!

I loved this tutorial from Des - it was one of the very first I saw from Quilt Taffy that made me fall in love with their site/shop! And Des is so funny and sweet and encouraging! Oh, and talented, too. :-)

Thank you! I love vintage sheets, and most of my quilts are made from repurposed fabric from sheets, cloth shower curtains, valances, etc. I love them! I have several sheets that I need to take the time to make fat quarters from.
be blessed,
Michelle
