Everything looks better in vintage sheets, even Corgis. I made a quick little scarf for my sister's dog, Kinsey. Make your own doggie scarf.
- A square piece of fabric (mine was 11"), torn to make sure it is a real square.
- A piece of elastic (1/2-1" wide, 3-5 inches long)
- Scissors, pins, sewing machine, thread
Fold right sides together and pin. Mark each side with a pin 1 1/2" from the edge.
Sew sides, leaving at least a 1/4" seam allowance, starting and ending at marking pins.
Remove pins and turn rightside out from either of the open sides.
Tuck the elastic into one open end along with 3/8" of the fabric.
Topstitch elastic in place.
Repeat on other side.
Now, place on dog and let her model her new outfit.
