May the 4th Be With You (Episode 2)

I love Star Wars. I had all the action figures as a child. I was so jealous of my neighbor's Star Wars bedsheets. Maybe one of his sheets has been repurposed into something amazing. Like these:

I love that Jill used her husband's childhood Star Wars pillowcase to make a little Lego Table chair for her son.

A pillow case made from a pillowcase. C3PO and R2D2 are on this cute pillowcover.

Star Wars Fashion
I love Kendra's Etsy shop. She makes one of a kind dresses for girls and women, wallets, corsets, and other fun items from vintage character sheets. This is a fun shift dress that she made from an Empire Strikes Back sheet.

Andy makes great shirts out of awesome vintage sheets like Batman, Spiderman, Superman, to name a few. I love this shirt she made from a Return of the Jedi vintage sheet. She makes her shirts to order.

I am absolutely in love with the placement of Darth Vader on this dress made from a Return of the Jedi vintage sheet.

I'm a fan of Sherry's for 2 reasons: She sews with vintage sheets and she collects Raggedy Anns.

There are so many talented people out there creating wonderful things from vintage sheets. I think it's fun that the character sheets appeal to a different crowd than the traditional flower or striped sheets. Vintage sheets for everyone!

If you were a Star Wars character, who would you be? A friend of mine recently called me his Chewbacca.

On Star Wars Day, we celebrated by having ham and Swiss cheese on Cibatta rolls, which we have dubbed Chewbacca rolls. Like you, we love Star Wars (and Star Trek) and I collect vintage sheets.
