Vintage Love Notes For Mom

My mum and me when I was 2
May 14th is Mother's Day in the United States. I'm not a mom but I've worked with kids for several years. They, and their parents are very generous. However, the best gifts I've received are special notes. So, I searched some of my favorite blogs and found some vintage sheet writing inspiration to share with you. Enjoy!
Vintage Mother's Day
Bev designed the cutest love envelope bunting for Valentine's Day but I think love notes (and buntings) are appropriate all year. Bev shared her tutorial on the Lil' Luna Blog.

And, speaking of envelopes, I love these fabric-lined envelopes from Marthe. The blog is in Norwegian but you can click the translate to your favorite language.

It would be so cute to make cards that match your envelopes. Love the simple design from Under the Sycamore.

I also like this card design.

Where can mom keep all the kind letters and notes she receives? How about on a magnetic mail sorter?

Maybe mum is very techie. She's more into emails and online chatting. She'll love a mousepad made from your vintage sheet scraps.

Mum can jot down her own notes and grocery list with a vintage sheet covered notepad.

Mom can keep her secret thoughts in her vintage sheet stretch journal.

Mom may be super organized and need a handy place for her pens and notebook. Click on the link below to see one of the cutest blog designs ever.

I hope you enjoyed the little round up. I've been naughty lately and haven't taken pictures of my creations. I'll be better, I promise. Here's a more recent picture of the Grow Girls. Have a Happy Mother's Day!
